How to add a POP client to GMAIL as of 5/15/2024

Goto Gmail (google.com) and login to your Google Workspace account

Click on upper right gear settings icon and click on see all settings

Click on Accounts and Import, and then Add a mail account

Enter your account name

Do not use Gamailify, Import emails from my other account (POP3)

Enter your information

DO NOT LEAVE A COPY OF THE RETRIEVED MESSAGE ON THE SERVER
Click Add Account
Choose if you want to sen email as the account

Enter the information about this other email address

Add the account, you are done.
